The Software Support Specialist I is responsible for providing support for Accruent’s Enterprise Software Solutions and is a point of escalation for support issues. This role involves diagnosing, documenting, and resolving customer issues by providing software-enabled solutions.

This High-Level Technician will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and reliable operation of information systems. They configure and install hardware and implement software solutions. They participate in research and development to continuously improve and keep up with the IT business needs of their organization. The IT System Integrator also actively resolves problems and issues with information systems to limit work disruptions within the company.

The Sheetmetal Technician Senior works under minimal supervision to safely lay-out, fabricate and install parts equipment and fabricated items on aircraft following established operating procedures.

A senior cloud security engineer responsible for implementing security best practices, automating processes, and identifying vulnerabilities in the infrastructure. Requires knowledge in Kubernetes, AWS, and programming languages like Python and Go.

The Technical Support Engineer is responsible for providing tier 3 support, investigating and managing advanced product and technical problems, and performing root cause analysis. They will also work with the DweloCare team to resolve complex customer issues and create efficient escalation processes.
