Advise leadership, design resilient event-driven systems, drive AI adoption, mentor distributed teams, and ensure operational excellence, stability, and regulatory compliance across post-trade lifecycle and 24x6/24x7 trading operations.

Provide end-to-end, high-availability support for Rates and FX trading platforms. Lead high-severity incident triage on the trading floor, perform root-cause analysis, support front-office users in real time, drive cross-regional follow-the-sun support strategy, and mentor team members to improve application stability and deliver technical standards.
