Define long-term cloud blueprint, governance and disaster recovery policies, security models (identity, zero-trust, encryption), evaluate cloud technologies, approve architecture, and manage cloud financial planning and cost governance to support hybrid and multi-cloud platform modernization.

Lead software quality for OSS/BSS systems: translate requirements, define and deliver automated and manual test suites (functional, performance, regression), guide onsite/offshore teams, ensure process compliance, recommend quality improvements, and mentor junior staff while reporting status to management.

Design and implement resilient order orchestration for a high-volume e-commerce platform using AWS serverless and containerized microservices. Build scalable, secure APIs (OpenAPI) with OAuth/SAML, optimize databases and event-driven architectures, improve caching and concurrency handling, and leverage Generative AI/LLMs to automate troubleshooting and streamline developer workflows to improve reliability and deployment velocity.

Plan, execute, and oversee TT&C and subsystem operations including commanding, stationkeeping, maneuver execution, orbit determination, and anomaly resolution. Analyze spacecraft health and trends, create and optimize procedures/tools, support new spacecraft testing and in-orbit evaluation, train and mentor junior staff, and coordinate cross-team and external activities to maintain spacecraft performance and extend mission life.
