The role requires strong Junos CLI, BGP, route-reflector, analytical, engineering design, and senior-level communication skills.

Design, develop, and test system and embedded software for WLAN controller infrastructure across on-prem and cloud platforms. Perform feasibility studies, debug complex issues, contribute to architecture reviews, mentor engineers, and drive CI/CD-based delivery for virtualized networking solutions.

Develop and sustain complex networking datapath forwarding features for routers and switches. Translate customer requirements into software designs, debug Linux and microkernel issues, enhance automated unit testing, resolve field issues, and collaborate cross-functionally. The role requires strong C, C++, Python, networking, software architecture, debugging, and computer systems knowledge, with experience in packet forwarding protocols and datapath ASICs preferred.

Designs, develops, debugs, and sustains complex Layer 2 and Layer 3 packet-forwarding software for routers and switches. Works with customer-facing and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into software designs, address Linux and microkernel issues, support networking features, resolve field issues, and deliver high-quality projects. Requires strong C/C++/Python skills, networking expertise, systems knowledge, and experience with datapath ASICs or NPUs.

Manage and maintain Juniper network routers, including configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, upgrades, and capacity expansion. Deploy and verify network changes, resolve outages, perform root cause analysis, test Juniper features, develop operating procedures, track inventory, and support network operations. The role also requires technical documentation, stakeholder updates, workshops, interoperability evaluation, and KPI definition.

Provides senior technical service leadership for enterprise networking customers. Serves as the primary post-sales service contact, coordinates support delivery, manages SLAs and escalations, conducts network health checks and technical analyses, identifies deployment risks, and recommends improvements to network architecture, configurations, software, and hardware. Partners with customers, account teams, professional services, support, and engineering to resolve issues and optimize network reliability and performance.

Support Juniper MX and Routing Director platforms in large-scale ISP and data center environments. Plan network deployments, develop implementation plans, test solutions, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage JTAC cases, provide root-cause analysis, and advise customers on network operations. The role requires deep routing and switching expertise, customer communication, technical documentation, and collaboration with resident engineers. Automation and DevOps knowledge, including Python, Ansible, APIs, and Junos scripting, is preferred.
