Performs preventive and corrective maintenance across electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas systems; responds to equipment failures, replaces parts, coordinates repairs, and communicates directly with customers. The role includes structured training, field-based work, and occasional international travel for specialized equipment training.

Develop and manage engineering change requests and orders for manufacturing products. Review product structures, bills of material, customer and process impacts, costs, tooling, and implementation requirements. Coordinate cross-functional approvals, change boards, suppliers, and impacted assemblies. Analyze manufacturing and test issues, determine root causes, recommend corrective actions, and support continuous improvement. Train ECO participants, track changes, maintain documentation, and contribute to KPI and process improvements.

Leads software quality assurance and test automation for complex scientific computing products. Designs test strategies, plans, scenarios, and automation frameworks; executes manual, integration, regression, system, and end-to-end testing; analyzes defects and quality trends; documents results; and drives corrective actions. Partners with development, product, and cross-functional teams in Agile processes, provides technical guidance, and leads complex testing initiatives to improve release confidence and product quality.

Leads supplier quality, technical development, and operational improvement across machining and contract manufacturing suppliers. Responsibilities include supplier assessments, technical audits, manufacturing process evaluations, corrective actions, root-cause investigations, new product introduction readiness, capacity and risk reduction, and cross-functional project leadership. The role analyzes supplier metrics, presents performance and risk summaries, mentors junior engineers, and drives improvements in quality, delivery, cost, capacity, and operational excellence. Up to 30% domestic and international travel is required.

Develops and optimizes CVD processes and hardware for semiconductor manufacturing. Responsibilities include defining technical solutions, planning and executing complex process-development projects, characterizing process and hardware interactions, analyzing materials and film properties, troubleshooting engineering issues, and collaborating with R&D teams, suppliers, internal stakeholders, and customers to advance semiconductor technologies.
