Lead deployment, commissioning, and scaling of manufacturing automation solutions (PLCs, HMIs, robotics, vision, AMRs). Program and troubleshoot controls, collaborate with operations, vendors, and integrators, standardize best practices, and improve uptime and operational efficiency across plants.

Lead end-to-end design and development of automotive seat structures and mechanisms, ensuring manufacturability, regulatory compliance, CAD/GD&T deliverables, kinematic analysis, PLM data management, testing support, cross-functional collaboration, and team mentorship to meet PDP milestones.

Design, implement, and improve manufacturing automation and mechatronic systems for automotive mirrors and lighting. Apply mechanical and electrical engineering expertise, troubleshoot systems, and drive continuous improvement in production processes.

Lead automation projects from concept through implementation, conduct proof of concept projects, and support digitalization training in manufacturing.

Validate and control welding processes (arc, resistance, laser, GMAW, drawn arc); perform mechanical and ultrasonic tests; interpret and apply welding standards; perform preventive and corrective maintenance on welding equipment; ensure safety and quality compliance and manage codes, specifications, and quality tools within automotive production.
