- Eigenständige Planung und Optimierung von Fertigungsprozessen unter Einbeziehung von neuen Technologien, dazu gehören ebenfalls Soll-/Ist-Vergleiche, Zeitaufnahmen sowie die Ermittlung von Kapazitäts- und Personalbedarfen
- Auswahl von geeigneten Lieferanten inkl. Einholung von Angeboten und der Erstellung von Lastenheften.
- Erstellung, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Fertigungs- und Prozessdokumentationen wie Arbeitsanweisungen, standardisierte Arbeit, Checklisten sowie Prüf- und Prozessvorgaben
- Inbetriebnahme und Optimierung von Betriebsmitteln in Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern
- Mitarbeit und fachliche Impulsgebung bei Ergonomie- und Arbeitsplatzgestaltungs-Themen
- Leitung bzw. aktive Mitwirkung in bereichsübergreifenden Optimierungsprojekten zur Steigerung von Effizienz, Qualität und Prozessstabilität
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Schnittstellen Produktion, Qualität, Instandhaltung, Logistik und Prozesstechnik
Deine bevorzugten Qualifikationen
- abgeschlossenem Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, z.B. Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Produktionstechnik oder vergleichbar
- Berufserfahrung in der Prozess- bzw. Fertigungsplanung, im Manufacturing Engineering oder in einer vergleichbaren Funktion im Produktionsumfeld, gerne erste Erfahrungen im Bereich KI
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Lean, standardisierter Arbeit, sowie in Analyse- und Problemlösungsmethoden sowie Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und SAP; Kenntnisse in CAD sowie im Umgang mit Fertigungs- und Betriebsmitteldaten von Vorteil
- Gutes Verständnis für Fertigungsprozesse, Betriebsmittel, Automatisierung, Ergonomie und Arbeitssicherheit, sowie dem Einsatz von neuen Technologien insbesondere KI
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
- Ausgeprägte analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, hohe Eigenverantwortung, Durchsetzungsfähigkeit sowie Kommunikations- und Moderationsstärke

Skills Required
