Design and develop gearbox housings, covers and related components for prototype and serial production. Create detailed CAD models, drawings, tolerance calculations, interpret casting simulation and CAE results, coordinate with suppliers and project teams, support testing and evaluate test results, and manage change/FMEA and manufacturing-related interfaces.

Use tools like Catia V5, PLM and calculation software (KissSoft, Solid Thinking Inspire, Masta).

Design and develop automotive gearbox components (clutches, parklock, shift systems) using CATIA. Create and update 2D/3D drawings, perform strength, fatigue and tolerance calculations/simulations, and collaborate with plant and suppliers on manufacturing, quality, and robustness.

Design and develop electronics for traction inverters and related components. Lead design reviews, test specifications, FMEA and qualification activities with suppliers. Maintain requirements (SOR), BOM oversight, track qualifications, drive change processes, and coordinate with project management, OEMs and specialist departments to ensure component integration and production readiness.

Lead design, development, implementation, commissioning, and sustainment of manufacturing control systems. Architect and program PLC/HMI/SCADA and robotics, drive IIoT integrations (OPC UA/MQTT/MES/WMS/ERP), improve reliability/OEE, enforce OT cybersecurity and standards, mentor engineers, and support plant-level troubleshooting and startups.

Design and integrate synchronizer and shifting systems for automotive powertrains: create and modify 2D/3D CAD drawings, perform strength/fatigue/tolerance calculations and simulations, manage changes, support suppliers and plant for manufacturing quality and robustness.

Perform CAE modeling and parameterization of gearbox systems using Kisssys/MASTA; perform bearing and shaft lifetime and static safety analyses; determine gear misalignments and contact patterns; simulate gear lifetime including microgeometry and NVH impacts; document and visualize results in Excel and PowerPoint.

Lead a team to design, deploy, and maintain Industrial IoT and cloud-connected smart factory solutions. Build AWS-based, AI-enabled workflows, manage IaC (Terraform), CI/CD, monitoring, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing performance.
