Lead deployment of Industry 4.0 initiatives across the plant: plan, program, integrate and validate automation, robotics, PLCs, MES/SCADA, IIoT and machine vision systems. Assemble, test, troubleshoot and repair DV/PV tester hardware; perform mechanical assembly, cable qualification, PCB bring-up/rework, and use test tools (oscilloscope, DMM, soldering, microscope). Maintain build/test documentation and communicate results with hardware and firmware engineers while ensuring IPC A-610 and ISO 16949 compliance and ESD-safe practices.

Design, develop and manage packaging solutions to ensure product protection and supply flow. Support packaging inventory, client portals, WIP and returnable container control. Lead corrective actions, train on standards, quote packaging projects, and coordinate repairs and approvals with clients and suppliers.

Develop and optimize assembly manufacturing processes for new programs, establish layouts and equipment, lead launches and maintenance teams, troubleshoot using 8D, manage suppliers, implement AIAG Core Tools, mentor junior engineers, and ensure safety and quality.
