Lead Industry 4.0 strategy and IIoT deployments across manufacturing and logistics sites. Design IIoT/OT-edge-cloud architectures, integrate PLC/SCADA/MES/ERP/WMS, implement secure industrial connectivity and OT cybersecurity, deliver digital twins and predictive maintenance, develop analytics and KPIs, manage pilots/providers, scale multi-site solutions, and drive Smart Factory/Smart Logistics improvements.

Work includes Linux/POSIX system programming, device driver development, ISP tuning, GPU acceleration (Vulkan/CUDA), graphics/display integration (OpenGL/EGL), debugging video pipeline issues, and board bring-up for camera interfaces and connectivity.

Designs and implements controls for automotive powertrain manufacturing equipment. Programs PLCs, CNCs, and robots; develops electrical specifications and data collection/test systems; troubleshoots shop-floor equipment; supports plant startups and product launches; interfaces with suppliers, customers, and engineers; estimates control investments and drives continuous improvement and certification efforts.

Join a 24-month postgraduate NextGen program to support design, implementation, start-up, and optimization of automotive production processes. Provide technical support, industrialize new products, validate processes, develop work instructions, and improve OEE and other KPIs while working with suppliers and customers.

Lead and support EMC laboratory activities including ISO 17025/QOS compliance, EMI/EMC testing and analysis, test procedure/report writing, mentoring technicians, coordinating external labs, and driving continuous improvement across product development.

Lead complete-vehicle environmental development: define strategies for odor/VOC/evaporation, recycling, material compliance, carbon footprint, and flammability; set and align VTS/SSTS targets; monitor component tests and drive optimizations; organize vehicle-level testing, produce evaluation reports, and provide weekly project status, KPIs, and escalations.

Lead and develop an engineering team for automotive exterior products, ensuring safety, quality and IATF16949 compliance. Drive APQP, PPAP, gate management, PFMEA, control plans, and continuous improvement. Manage budgets, mentor staff, support supplier quality, and coordinate cross-functional program launches and audits.
