Buscamos incorporar un/a Ingeniero/a de Industry 4.0 para unirse a nuestro equipo de IT y liderar la transformación digital en nuestra división.

Esta posición será clave para impulsar la estrategia de Industry 4.0, liderando el despliegue y escalado de soluciones IIoT en entornos de fabricación y logística.

El rol combina Smart Factory, Smart Logistics, automatización, integración de sistemas, arquitectura de datos, analítica avanzada y ciberseguridad OT, con un objetivo claro: mejorar seguridad, calidad, servicio, coste, productividad y resiliencia operativa.

Actuarás como nexo entre Operaciones, IT/OT y partners tecnológicos, asegurando soluciones escalables, seguras y alineadas con estándares industriales.

Responsabilidades principales

• Definir y ejecutar la estrategia y roadmap de Industry 4.0 e IIoT
• Gestionar el portfolio de iniciativas digitales (pilotos, escalado y sostenimiento)
• Diseñar y gobernar la arquitectura IIoT (OT, edge, datos, cloud e integración)
• Integrar sistemas industriales y de negocio (PLCs, SCADA, MES, ERP, WMS/TMS)
• Impulsar Smart Factory & Smart Logistics
• Optimizar KPIs operativos
• Desarrollar soluciones de datos y analítica (dashboards, reporting, KPIs)
• Implementar gemelos digitales y mantenimiento predictivo
• Asegurar ciberseguridad OT y cumplimiento normativo
• Liderar proveedores, proyectos y gestión del cambio
• Estandarizar modelos para despliegues multi-site
• Desplegar conectividad industrial segura (MQTT, OPC UA, Modbus/TCP, Profinet, EtherNet/IP, IO-Link, RFID, BLE, UWB, códigos de barras).
• Asegurar alineación con estándares ISA-95, ISA-88, RAMI 4.0, IEC 62443 y normativa vigente.

👤 ¿A quién buscamos?

• Ingeniería (Industrial, Informática, Automatización, Mecatrónica o similar)
• +10 años de experiencia en fabricación, logística y digitalización industrial
• Experiencia liderando proyectos de Industry 4.0 multi-site
• Conocimiento en integración de sistemas (PLC/SCADA, MES, ERP, IoT, cloud)
• Experiencia en soluciones IIoT (MQTT, OPC UA, edge, streaming)
• Experiencia en automatización logística (RTLS, RFID/BLE/UWB, AGV/AMR).
• Orientación a resultados y mejora de KPIs
• Habilidades de liderazgo, gestión de stakeholders y trabajo en entornos internacionales
• Español e inglés fluido

Skills Required

  • Degree in Industrial, Computer, Automation, Mechatronics engineering or similar
  • 10+ years experience in manufacturing, logistics and industrial digitalization
  • Experience leading Industry 4.0 multi-site projects
  • Knowledge and experience integrating industrial systems (PLCs, SCADA, MES, ERP, WMS/TMS)
  • Experience with IIoT solutions and protocols (MQTT, OPC UA, edge, streaming)
  • Experience in logistics automation and RTLS (RFID, BLE, UWB) and AGV/AMR systems
  • Ability to design and govern IIoT/OT-edge-cloud architecture and data integration
  • Experience implementing digital twins and predictive maintenance solutions
  • OT cybersecurity knowledge and compliance with IEC 62443 and related standards
  • Familiarity with industrial standards (ISA-95, ISA-88, RAMI 4.0) and regulatory compliance
  • Proven leadership, stakeholder management and supplier/project management skills
  • Track record improving operational KPIs and driving results
  • Fluent Spanish and English
