Design, develop, and validate mechanical and electromechanical test fixtures and ATE for PCBAs and assemblies. Create 3D CAD models and manufacturing drawings, manage BOMs/ECOs, prototype and test fixtures, support supplier fabrication and CNC operations, and collaborate cross-functionally to deploy scalable, manufacturable test solutions while mentoring junior staff.

Designs and develops mechanical components for power distribution products, including relay panels, control buildings, and low- and medium-voltage switchgear. Leads multidisciplinary manufacturing engineering organizations covering structural testing, process engineering, automation, manufacturing engineering, and NPI. Defines engineering strategy, technical roadmaps, system architecture, R&D, industrialization, and scalable manufacturing execution. Oversees liquid-cooling and thermal-management infrastructure for hyperscale cloud and AI compute platforms, automated test systems, budgets, resources, quality, continuous improvement, and executive customer engagement.

Maintain and improve automation equipment, tooling, and applications for manufacturing RF test processes. Create technical documentation, preventive maintenance plans, and troubleshooting guides. Diagnose machine issues, drive corrective actions, collaborate with engineering, operations, and quality on continuous improvements, and support automation for new products.

Develop, customize, test, and support Flexflow MES solutions. Gather requirements, design system integrations with Baan ERP, test equipment, and customer systems, create technical specifications, support customer onboarding, standardize implementations, and provide L2/L3 incident resolution and root cause analysis.

Optimize and validate SMT manufacturing processes (printing, placement, reflow, AOI/SPI), troubleshoot defects, lead RCA/ corrective actions, support NPI/DFM, train technicians, maintain process controls and documentation, and drive continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma tools.

Onsite process engineer responsible for defining, implementing and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve cost, quality, and delivery. Duties include root-cause analysis, process control, equipment selection and implementation, ECO management, SPC, training production staff, documentation, and supporting new process transfers and capital projects.
