Lead development and execution of Material Review Board processes for fielded UAS platforms. Disposition nonconforming hardware, develop repair procedures and repair governance, support returned material analysis and production escape investigations, partner cross-functionally to ensure safety, reliability, configuration control, and fleet readiness, and mentor engineers on MRB and sustainment practices.

Perform hands-on mechanical design, analysis, and integration for V-BAT aircraft and ground support equipment from concept through production.
