The Manufacturing Engineer will implement manufacturing processes for aerospace products, ensuring production readiness, optimizing workflows, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead modelling, simulation, and mission planning for first-of-kind space vehicles. Serve as customer-facing technical lead, develop physics-based mission simulations, flight plans, operational planning tools, and present results to senior leadership while guiding multidisciplinary teams from concept through demonstration.

Lead avionics hardware engineer responsible for mission computer and stores management hardware across requirements, design, integration, test, verification, production and supplier oversight. Drive interface documentation, weapon capability integration, subsystem and flight testing (ESIL/flight test), and support airworthiness and SCFTA efforts. Perform pre- and post-layout static timing analysis and convergence for ASICs/SoCs and FPGAs. Generate tool-independent timing constraints, resolve complex cross-domain timing paths, extract timing from circuit analysis, and collaborate with IP teams, EDA vendors, foundries, and physical design teams to achieve timing signoff. Mentor and train new engineers.

Design, analyze, and verify antenna and satellite communications subsystems. Perform link and capacity analyses, trade studies, requirements flow-down, CONOPS development, algorithm/tool development, hardware procurement, integration, test, troubleshooting, and delivery for space communications programs.

Serve as the primary engineering point of contact for product development and delivery of government training systems. Coordinate cross-discipline engineering, manage release schedules, develop SOWs and estimates, track execution, mitigate risks, liaise with suppliers and program management, and ensure product readiness for customer delivery.

Provide engineering support for scheduled and unscheduled field and depot maintenance of the E-4B, interpret 747-200 engineering drawings, evaluate component repair/procurement, analyze maintenance requirements and documents, recommend changes to USAF technical orders, support shipside depot liaison, develop build plans and lessons learned, and analyze non-conformance reports.

Design, develop, test, and maintain non-embedded software for B-52 systems. Translate requirements into designs, integrate components, execute verification and test, debug issues, document results, improve software processes, and manage supplier and project activities to meet safety, regulatory, and program goals.

Lead sustainment engineering for space vehicle fleets: manage program cost, schedule, staffing; provide factory engineering recommendations; support program director; act as 24/7 first responder for fleet issues and customer interface.

Lead electrical design and test activities for avionics and flight control systems, develop test system architectures, integrate hardware/software, operate test stations, validate performance, mentor junior engineers, and manage schedules and customer interfaces.
