The Planner develops and maintains project schedules, conducts critical path analysis, proposes recovery strategies, and prepares planning reports.

Responsible for implementing and improving Micron’s Statistical Process Control program. Collaborates with engineering teams to enforce quality standards, establish SPC goals, review critical parameters, identify variation sources, approve control-limit changes, and provide performance metrics. The role also develops dashboards, automates data organization, participates in global SPC governance, and delivers SPC training. Requires a relevant master’s degree, programming experience, semiconductor knowledge, statistical understanding, and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsible for administering and improving the Statistical Process Control program across process engineering, integration, RDA, and probe teams. Establishes SPC standards, limits, control techniques, and performance goals; reviews critical parameters to identify variation; provides CpK and SPC metrics; automates dashboards and data organization; approves control-limit changes; participates in global SPC governance; and develops and delivers SPC training.

Manage semiconductor test capacity modeling, network balancing, tooling transfers, capacity constraint mitigation, tester investment planning, and quarterly scenario reviews across manufacturing sites. Coordinate with procurement, planning, engineering, and site teams to optimize tooling deployment and supply capacity. Lead digital transformation initiatives, capacity simulations, workflow automation, and AI-agent development for planning, risk analysis, and tooling management.

Develop, debug, and maintain semiconductor memory product test programs from new product introduction through high-volume manufacturing. Write C++ and Python test software, analyze device and test-flow data, optimize test coverage, yield, quality, and test time, and collaborate with design, manufacturing, yield, quality, systems, and equipment engineering teams. The role also contributes to design-for-test capabilities and AI-supported workflow automation.

Owns semiconductor reliability and product quality for a fabrication site. Responsibilities include defining wafer-level reliability sampling and monitoring, assessing process conversion risks, developing reliability proxies, analyzing NAND intrinsic scorecards and failure modes, partnering with engineering and technology teams on process improvements, and providing corrective and preventive actions for customer quality issues.

Develops and executes SSD firmware verification and validation tests, including white-box, grey-box, and system-level testing. Analyzes regression failures, investigates defects, participates in code reviews, documents validation results, and collaborates with firmware engineers to improve code quality and product reliability. The role also supports test automation, continuous improvement, and cross-functional technical communication while building expertise in storage technologies.

Develop, debug, and maintain C++ and Python test programs for Micron DRAM products from new product introduction through high-volume manufacturing. Analyze device and test-flow data, optimize test coverage, yield, quality, and test time, and contribute to design-for-test capabilities. Collaborate with design, product engineering, manufacturing, yield, quality, systems integration, and equipment engineering teams to deliver production test solutions.

Develops CAD tools, flows, and methodologies for analog and digital circuit simulation and verification in NAND memory design. Collaborates with design, verification, layout teams, and EDA vendors; provides user training, documentation, and support. Implements AI-assisted and agentic automation workflows to improve design efficiency, quality, and pre-silicon outcomes.

Lead global semiconductor defense-line process control systems, standardize workflows and signals across sites, and drive automation and AI enhancements. Responsibilities include monitoring assembly and test specifications, improving test coverage, analyzing electrical test data, performing failure root-cause analysis, reviewing test programs, and collaborating with product engineering, quality, packaging, and test systems teams.
