Manage semiconductor test capacity modeling, network balancing, tooling transfers, capacity constraint mitigation, tester investment planning, and quarterly scenario reviews across manufacturing sites. Coordinate with procurement, planning, engineering, and site teams to optimize tooling deployment and supply capacity. Lead digital transformation initiatives, capacity simulations, workflow automation, and AI-agent development for planning, risk analysis, and tooling management.

Key Responsibilities
Test Capacity Modelling , Planning & Network Balancing:
Embrace this opportunity to excel in managing test capacity modelling and planning across multiple mfg sites. Your expertise will shine as you:
  • Assess SPO capacity limitations and apply mitigation plans.
  • Balance supply and capacity across various sites flawlessly.
  • Assess demand impacts and strategically redistribute loading.
  • Drive network-level capacity modelling governance to ensure planning efficiency
  • Create AI Agent for capacity modelling and planning to assist thourough decision making process.

2. Tooling Strategy & Site Interface Management
As the primary owner for site-level interface and tooling planning activities, you will:
  • Manage tooling transfers between sites with outstanding coordination.
  • Collaborate strictly with SIG, procurement, planning, and site teams.
  • Review tester delivery schedules to ensure timely implementation.
  • Determine tooling deployment strategy for LPDRAM programs, aiming for optimisd flex cap and revenue-support.
  • Drive tools and tooling modelling standardisation for cost efficiency
  • Create AI Agent to manage the workflow for tooling transfer and sites balancing to meet revenue target

3. Capacity Constraint Management & Risk Mitigation
Engage with planners, TSE, IE, and test-site collaborators to successfully resolve capacity risks. Key responsibilities include:
  • capacity limitations and formulating plans to address them.
  • Assessing test yield impacts meticulously.
  • Determining effective mitigation plans before discontinuing flows.
  • Evaluating the impact of test-site changes on supply availability.
  • Using AI agent to procvide the constraint and risk mitigation analysis

4. Capital Investment & QSR Planning
You will play a crucial role in:
  • Planning tester investments and securing capacity expansion funding.
  • Justifying capital equipment expenditures.
  • Leading Quarterly Scenario Review (QSR) activities to ensure prioritisation of resources.

5. Strategic Capacity Planning Systems & Automation
Lead several ATCSP digital transformation initiatives by:
  • Gathering capacity assumptions and driving alignment meetings.
  • Reviewing capacity simulations and preparing comprehensive recommendations.
  • Coordinating projects like the TTR Sandbox Project for automated TTR planning workflow, and FlexCap Analyzer for capacity modeling improvements.
