Supports the design, construction, commissioning, operation, and optimization of ultrapure water and water reclaim systems for semiconductor facilities. Lead integration of AMHS with production scheduling and MES/MCS to enable real-time material movement. Designs and implements smart warehouse automation (ASRS, conveyors, RFID) and integrates WMS, AI-driven analytics, OCR/barcode receiving, and digital twins. Supports preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting, documentation, dashboards, and cross-functional deployment to optimize material flow and just-in-time delivery.

Lead custom analog and mixed-signal layout for LPDDR PHY blocks (datapath, IO, bias, references), drive high-speed interface layout, layout-aware co-design, power/ground/isolation strategies, physical verification and signoff (DRC/LVS/parasitics), post-layout optimization/ECOs, PPA improvements, mentoring, and automation using SKILL/Python/TCL and AI/ML to ensure first-pass silicon success and manufacturability.
