Perform CFD and thermal simulations for electronics cooling across component to sub-system levels, analyze airflow and thermal risks, support steady-state and transient studies, correlate simulations with test data, document results, support V&V and certification requirements, and collaborate on design optimizations and automation/scripting efforts.

Perform product structure analysis and develop test procedures to ensure appliance safety and standards compliance (BSMI/IEC). Review samples vs. IEC/EN/CNS 60335 series, coordinate lab testing and case administration, communicate results to clients, troubleshoot engineering issues, and support team testing activities while expanding domain expertise.

Manage and support certification projects for medical, laboratory, and consumer/IT devices. Define project scope, assist customers with certification processes, perform product safety evaluations and testing (including on-site), communicate results, and contribute to testing and certification improvements while receiving mentoring and training.

Execute and lead laboratory test programs: develop and run test plans, analyze and document results, operate and maintain test equipment, build/modify fixtures, communicate with clients and stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement in testing processes and automation.
