Allocate resources, drive process and performance improvements, ensure compliance and quality, engage customers and sales with technical guidance, coach and develop staff, support project handlers and test programs, and collaborate across functions to meet financial and operational goals.

Lead global lab technical expertise for datacenter power and cooling testing. Drive standardization, safety, training, and process improvements across labs. Advise on test methods, equipment, and staffing; partner with stakeholders to digitalize and automate testing, apply Lean principles, and develop competency criteria and training materials.

Design, develop, test and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions (primarily Service Cloud) across global instances. Build Apex, Visualforce, Lightning (Aura/LWC) components, integrate systems, enforce coding standards, perform code reviews, support deployments, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams to support digital transformation initiatives.
