The Director of Strategic Finance partners with Product and Data Science to manage points experimentation economics, including cost modeling, forecasting, ROI evaluation, budgeting, investment allocation, and variance analysis. The role owns the points economics narrative for leadership, supports executive and board reporting, builds financial frameworks, and provides analyses guiding product and growth decisions.

Own Instrumentl’s scaled customer success motion for high-volume, lower-ACV customers. Lead and develop approximately six Scaled Customer Success Managers, design scalable customer journeys, and establish segmentation, health scoring, playbooks, automation, and reporting.
