Work directly with CTO, CEO, Product, and Design to build and ship front-end features. Translate designs from prototyping tools into accessible, performant React-based UIs, integrate with APIs, and support internal and client builds.

Designs and oversees municipal infrastructure projects (roads, water, sewer, stormwater). Prepares plans, specs, cost estimates, permits, performs hydraulic/hydrologic analyses, provides construction phase services, reviews submittals, maintains project documentation, and supports client relationship and business development efforts.

Support planning, design, reporting, construction oversight, and construction management for municipal infrastructure projects (water, wastewater, transportation, stormwater). Participate on project teams, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure project collaboration and teamwork.

Design lighting, power distribution, and low-voltage systems for commercial, industrial, and military buildings using Revit. Coordinate with clients, utilities, and site visits; perform building assessments, prepare reports, and manage multiple projects to meet scope, schedule, cost, and quality requirements.

Manage front-desk administrative duties and support the procurement team while handling accounting tasks: vendor invoice reconciliation, invoice entry in SIGMA/QuickBooks/NetSuite, accounts payable, vendor communications, check deposits, and monthly project fee invoicing. Maintain files, data entry, vendor follow-ups, and office supply inventory.

Lead and manage end-to-end proposal development for A/E/C federal, transportation, SLED and commercial opportunities. Oversee proposal teams, schedules, compliance reviews, color team reviews, writing/editing, production, interview materials, market research, and QA/QC of marketing materials.

Lead electrical engineering projects from concept through construction, interfacing with clients, providing technical leadership, managing project teams and schedules, and coordinating with multiple disciplines to deliver successful outcomes.

Manage and curate digital content, organize project footage, write scripts, coordinate with video editors, and publish videos on platforms.

Lead large-scale signage projects from kickoff through installation: manage clients, contractors, schedules, permits, budgets, risks, and documentation. Mentor junior PMs and drive process improvements to deliver high-quality signage solutions on time and on budget.

Generate new business through prospecting and face-to-face meetings, present proposals, manage the full sales cycle, liaise with internal teams, and provide ongoing client service and follow-up to ensure satisfaction and future opportunities.
