Leads Zoom’s global People Experience Operations infrastructure, including a ServiceNow HRSD rebuild, Workday integrations, tiered service architecture, AI automation, process harmonization, governance, reporting, and executive dashboards. Owns metrics such as SLA attainment, deflection, first-contact resolution, CSAT, and ROI.
