Adapt designs to artist identities and brand guidelines, contribute creative ideas, monitor social media trends, and collaborate with the creative and marketing teams across multiple projects.

Provides remote administrative and operational support through calendar and email management, scheduling, document and report preparation, digital record organization, internet research, task tracking, communications, virtual meeting coordination, data entry, and special project assistance. The role requires strong organization, communication, confidentiality, independent work, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Owns senior customer partnerships, account plans, customer P&Ls, profitability, governance, project delivery, roadmap discussions, service performance, escalations, and internal resource alignment. Serves as Ocado’s senior customer representative and voice of the customer while guiding strategic growth and successful adoption of automation products.
