The role requires collaboration with technical and business partners, troubleshooting, mentoring, and managing multiple priorities.

Lead enterprise data architecture strategy and modernization across Microsoft Fabric, Azure, OneLake, lakehouses, warehouses, and integration platforms. Establish standards for modeling, ETL/ELT, governance, security, metadata, lineage, and data quality. Define AI-ready architecture patterns, lead architecture reviews, mentor engineers, and create reusable reference architectures. Drive migration from legacy platforms to Microsoft Fabric while promoting specification-driven development and scalable analytics, reporting, operational intelligence, and AI capabilities.

Manages analysts and leads marketing analytics for digital and offline media channels. Develops measurement plans, experiments, dashboards, campaign reports, and optimization insights using marketing data. Presents recommendations to clients, supports media planning and new business pitches, ensures reporting accuracy, and advances analytics workflows through AI-enabled tools and automation. Requires strong web, social, SEM, dashboard, statistical programming, and marketing measurement expertise.

Partners with data product owners, technical teams, and business stakeholders to identify data and analytics needs, define requirements, create user stories and acceptance criteria, and support backlog prioritization. Manages analytics support requests, investigates recurring issues and root causes, maintains legacy-report inventories, and recommends modernization and data-quality improvements. Supports adoption through documentation, training, communications, and outcome measurement while helping transition users to governed data products and self-service technologies.

Leads Zoetis’s R&D data and digital transformation, including data engineering, analytics, AI/ML, product management, governance, architecture, and digital laboratory platforms. Owns the R&D digital strategy, roadmap, and delivery of $30M+ programs across discovery through regulatory submission. Builds high-performing teams, establishes compliant data ecosystems, integrates ELN/LIMS workflows, manages vendors and operating models, and drives measurable improvements in data quality, reuse, scientific productivity, and portfolio decisions.

Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, enterprise data platforms, data models, and integrations.
