Supports medium- to large-scale technology initiatives by eliciting and documenting business requirements, performing technical and data analysis, designing solutions, mapping systems, assessing impacts, coordinating stakeholders, mitigating risks, and supporting testing and acceptance criteria. Manages wildfire debris-removal data, including field-data quality assurance, load-ticket reconciliation, invoice discrepancy identification, reporting, and project-document control. Design scalable cloud-native data platforms, ingestion pipelines, data meshes, semantic models, knowledge graphs, and analytical layers. Develop conceptual, logical, physical, normalized, and dimensional data models, applying RDF, OWL, SPARQL, and SHACL. Support production coding, integrations, performance, incidents, and reliability. Integrate AI agents and MCP capabilities with secure, observable enterprise data platforms while advising engineering and product leadership.

Manages dealership and vendor systems, builds customized reports, administers dealership applications, trains staff, and delivers executive-ready KPI analyses. Extracts, models, and compares operational performance data against regional and manufacturer benchmarks, maintains recurring reports, ensures data integrity, and conducts targeted data mining and ad hoc analyses to identify business opportunities.

Work on supply-side product and business analytics for direct accommodation contracts. Build and automate reporting, analyze internal/external data, design prioritization/segmentation and predictive algorithms, and partner with product, commercial, and international teams to improve supplier performance and guide strategic decisions.
