Work with public safety agencies to ensure NIBRS compliance by analyzing incident and records data, identifying/reporting issues, implementing state-specific reporting solutions in the Mark43 platform, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve data quality and customer outcomes.

Develop, maintain, and validate Power BI reports and data models by integrating data from multiple systems. Write SQL and DAX, ensure data quality through reconciliation, and partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable reporting and analytics solutions.
