Own the development and governance of Cars Commerce’s semantic and metrics layer. Author metric, dimension, hierarchy, and taxonomy definitions as code; manage certification, publication, versioning, and deprecation; maintain Atlan glossary content; reconcile definitions across analytics tools; and partner with business stakeholders to resolve KPI discrepancies. The role also drives data literacy through training and office hours and reports governance adoption metrics. Requires strong SQL, dimensional modeling, stakeholder management, and hands-on semantic layer experience.

Owns enterprise workforce intelligence and employee listening strategy. Analyzes employee sentiment, workforce trends, talent, skills, organizational effectiveness, and work data to identify risks and opportunities. Develops dashboards, analytical methodologies, AI-enabled insight products, and self-service resources. Partners with HR leaders and data owners to translate complex quantitative and qualitative findings into actionable recommendations for workforce planning, succession, organization design, automation, and capability decisions.

Build AI-assisted interactive data visualizations, calculators, simulations, and internal web applications using Claude Code, React, and live data integrations. Translate ambiguous stakeholder needs into prototypes, then deploy and improve production-quality tools with reliable data pipelines, authentication, and performance. Collaborate with data engineering, establish reusable development patterns, train analysts on code-first workflows, and replace legacy BI dashboards with purpose-built applications.

Design, develop, and publish advanced interactive Power BI reports and dashboards; define data structures and ETL needs; build analytics models using Microsoft BI stack (Power BI, SSAS/AAS, dataflows); use DAX and SQL to implement complex logic; collaborate with data engineering and business partners; mentor junior developers and performance-tune reports.

Supports loyalty and retention analytics through A/B test management, KPI tracking, recurring dashboards, and performance reporting. Monitors churn, winback, cancellation, and loyalty metrics; identifies trends, risks, and opportunities; and translates findings into actionable recommendations. The role also manages loyalty merchandise planning and replenishment, collaborates with Data Science and program owners, coordinates analytics requests, and prepares MBR/QBR materials.

Performs statistical analysis and modeling of structured and unstructured datasets to create business metrics, dashboards, reports, visualizations, and presentations. Collaborates with business users, development teams, and data management personnel to define requirements and source data. Maintains statistical models and applies data analysis and visualization techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights supporting business operations.

Own and scale the company’s analytics infrastructure, including BigQuery data warehouses, dbt data marts, external data exchange, DataOps, data quality, governance, security, and cloud cost optimization. Partner with application database teams, analytics engineers, and data scientists to enable reliable metrics and scalable client data delivery.

Own sales analytics and forecasting as the trusted source of truth for sales leadership. Build predictive and machine learning models to assess deal close likelihood and slippage, maintain Salesforce and Tableau dashboards, improve data governance, and translate complex business questions into actionable GTM recommendations. Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance on reporting standards, strategic planning, QBRs, and executive insights.

Designs modern enterprise data architectures aligned with client business goals. Leads data integration, governance, quality, storage, modeling, and delivery strategies across cloud and on-premises environments. Evaluates architectural options, advises executives, leads engineering teams, mentors talent, drives emerging technology adoption, and supports consulting business development through solution design and work estimation.

Partners with departments to analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend solutions involving Power BI reporting, analytics, automation, workflow improvements, and business applications. Owns the Power BI environment, develops dashboards and data models, gathers requirements, facilitates stakeholder workshops, improves data quality, and supports technology implementations, testing, adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives.
