Our technologies help restore function, improve quality of life, and support better outcomes for patients around the world.The Digital Health platform team within Medtronic supports cloud-based software solutions used across the Neuromodulation and Pelvic Health operating units. The platform integrates digital health applications, enterprise systems, and connected data assets that enable product development, regulatory compliance, quality processes, customer insights, and business decision-making. This team is responsible for establishing scalable, secure, and compliant data foundations that support current therapies while enabling future digital health innovation.
- Define and maintain the logical information architecture, including business definitions, metadata standards, data dictionaries, and data models across the Digital Health platform.
- Lead cross-functional data discovery and requirements activities to align platform capabilities with engineering, clinical, quality, regulatory, commercial, and product needs.
- Establish and govern enterprise data standards for ownership, stewardship, quality, lifecycle management, documentation, and traceability.
- Analyze and document data flows, integrations, dependencies, and information exchanges across platform applications and enterprise systems.
- Partner with software engineering teams to incorporate data architecture, governance, privacy, security, and integration requirements into solution designs and development activities.

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California.
