Supervises Product Services & Management staff and daily operations while leading the organization’s business intelligence function. The role develops dashboards, metrics, and insights from internal and external data, identifies trends and anomalies, collaborates with development teams on BI solutions, and supports strategic planning and competitive decision-making. Responsibilities also include team selection, motivation, training, guidance, and presenting recommendations to leadership.

Analyzes operational, quality, productivity, recovery, and financial data to identify trends, risks, root causes, and improvement opportunities. Supports strategic initiatives through project planning, milestone tracking, reporting, and documentation. Contributes to Lean Six Sigma efforts, process mapping, governance, standardization, workflow analysis, and automation initiatives while translating findings into actionable business recommendations.

Leads the data engineering function by setting architecture direction, building scalable ETL/ELT pipelines, optimizing cloud data warehouses, and implementing data quality monitoring and governance. Partners with platform teams to productionalize models and integrate data into products. Mentors engineers, reviews code, enforces standards, and champions reliable, high-quality systems for financial and user data.

Develops and maintains advanced dashboards and data visualizations using BI and visualization tools. Translates business requirements into clear visual solutions, optimizes dashboard performance and usability, collaborates with cross-functional teams, mentors junior developers, and contributes to visualization standards. The role also involves SQL, data modeling, cloud data sources, Snowflake, ETL/ELT concepts, and scalable analytics practices.

Establish and maintain data governance for Salesforce and internal tools: define ownership, enforce data quality, manage master data and metadata, ensure compliance, lead cleansing and stewardship programs, implement governance tools, and collaborate cross-functionally to align data strategy and support audits and release cycles.

Own product analytics and growth measurement by partnering with product and design, defining metrics and event tracking, building dbt models and data pipelines, creating dashboards, and analyzing activation, engagement, retention, funnels, cohorts, and experiments. Establish trustworthy product data standards, identify product-market-fit indicators, surface insights, and influence roadmap decisions while collaborating with clinical and research analytics teams.
