The role builds reporting and predictive models from scratch, partners with BI and actuarial teams, influences cross-functional decisions, and presents retention findings and forecasts to executives.

Design underwriting and pricing for multicard and line-extension strategies, test rewards upgrades and purchase incentives to boost engagement, and partner with risk, data science, and engineering to operationalize strategies and defend recommendations to stakeholders.

Builds and maintains enterprise data integration pipelines, warehouses, databases, and orchestration systems. Responsibilities include ETL/ELT development, SQL optimization, database security and performance monitoring, data quality, backup and recovery, platform architecture, and preparation of datasets for reporting and ML/AI. The role also supports business intelligence, analytics, automation, privacy compliance, and data platform reliability.

Analyzes the RFQ-to-award pipeline, consolidates and validates business data, and develops dashboards, scorecards, forecasts, and executive reports.
