Optimizes Databricks and AWS EMR performance and costs while enabling low-latency, AI-ready data foundations. The role also drives enterprise security, compliance, schema evolution, and developer velocity, with opportunities to apply GenAI, Terraform, and EKS.

Collects and analyzes internal and external data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. Develops dashboards, reports, and visualizations for leadership; monitors KPIs; partners with advisors to answer business questions; and supports strategic planning through forecasting, modeling, and scenario analysis.

Designs and implements enterprise Oracle data repositories, dimensional and tabular data models, and automated ETL processes from diverse sources. Analyzes capital planning data and develops standardized reports, dashboards, and executive insights for Wexner Medical Center space and facility planning. Supports project prioritization, workforce planning, portfolio governance, and capital investment lifecycle improvements. Collaborates with Finance, Facilities, Supply Chain, IT, and other partners to streamline workflows, improve data quality, and drive adoption of analytical tools and standardized processes. Provides training, mentoring, and business support to planning leadership.

Maintains vendor process maps and pricing data, coordinates database server and application installation and configuration, troubleshoots database errors, manages user access and data distribution, provides data management support, and communicates with vendor IT teams.
