Build semantic models, dashboards, KPIs, and advanced analytics (forecasting, segmentation, predictive models). Optimize T-SQL, DAX, and ETL/ELT processes, enforce data governance and RLS, mentor teams, and partner with executives and stakeholders to translate business goals into scalable BI solutions.

Support data management and reporting for Head Start grant recipients: validate, cleanse, standardize, and reconcile datasets; maintain metadata and records; run basic SQL queries; use Excel/Smartsheet and document management systems; monitor data quality; support reporting, compliance, audits, and stakeholder coordination to improve data processes and outcomes.

Design and deliver marketing analytics solutions: build data pipelines, dashboards, and predictive models; perform attribution, MMM, A/B and incrementality analyses; prepare and integrate structured/unstructured data; communicate insights, train users, and support stakeholder decision-making.

Design, build, and optimize large-scale Elasticsearch and graph data platforms and ETL/ELT pipelines to support AI/ML and analytics. Deploy and operate stateful data services on Kubernetes, collaborate with data scientists and engineers, ensure data quality, security, and high availability, and participate in SAFe Agile development and system integration testing for IC mission needs.

Clean, analyze, and standardize automotive parts data using Excel and in-house tools. Validate results, log outcomes in a ticketing system, and communicate updates to clients to ensure high-quality cataloging and product data management.

Manage research data lifecycle for scientific programs, ensure FAIR/open science standards, build data infrastructure, train partners, maintain federal partnerships, and coordinate data policy and sensitive-release decisions.

Own the 2-3 year architecture and reliability of high-volume catalog, pricing, and inventory ingestion. Lead migrations from legacy batch to modern systems, define data SLAs, build observability and orchestration, mentor senior engineers, and resolve cross-team, high-severity data problems.

Support Community Case Management by extracting, entering, cleaning, and organizing data from multiple sources. Maintain spreadsheets and databases, create and deliver timely reports and presentations, implement tracking systems, verify data accuracy, and assist program staff with data-related needs.
