Senior technical leader defining Subaru of America's enterprise data architecture strategy across platforms, integration, governance, analytics, and security. Shapes 3-5 year data strategy, drives architecture standards, enables AI/agentic workflows, leads cross-functional solutions, mentors teams, and represents SOA externally to advance data capabilities and compliance.

Lead the companys data organization by defining strategy, governance, analytics, and technology choices. Build and manage senior data teams, enable cross-functional data-driven decision-making, ensure data quality and compliance, and present insights to executive leadership and the board to drive business outcomes.

Support federal clients by analyzing data, building dashboards and reports in Tableau/Power BI, performing cost and strategic modeling, aiding POM and ICE processes, improving business processes, managing records and compliance, and producing training and program analytics.

Act as the bridge between business teams and data engineering to deliver dashboards, gold-layer dbt models, lightweight internal apps, and automations. Own intake, translate requirements, validate data against ServiceTitan, and improve operational efficiency via AI and automation while partnering with FP&A, Marketing, and Operations.

Lead technical architecture and hands-on implementation of IAA's Azure-based data platform. Design and build scalable, production-grade data pipelines, semantic models, and data products for BI, analytics, forecasting, and ML. Define standards, mentor engineers, resolve performance and scalability challenges, and drive platform strategy across Fabric, Synapse, Power BI, and related Azure services.

Build and maintain data pipelines and dbt models, own reporting and dashboards across Finance, GTM, Product, and Engineering, support third-party financial data integrations, enable GTM and customer-facing analytics, and ensure data quality, testing, and documentation.

Support VHA specialty care programs with enterprise data management, BI, reporting, and automation. Build Power BI dashboards, automate data acquisition with Microsoft Power Platform, integrate solutions with VA systems, analyze healthcare/financial data, and produce executive reporting, documentation, and training to support decision-making and performance improvement.

Lead deployment and administration of the electronic Quality Management System (eQMS), digitize quality workflows, and build analytics and BI solutions (Power BI) to monitor quality KPIs. Partner cross-functionally to implement automation, support UAT/validation/training, maintain data integrity and governance, and enable future predictive quality and AI-enabled decision support.

Build and maintain embedded reporting, dashboards, and visualizations. Develop complex SQL scripts, views, and stored procedures. Perform SQL tuning, data profiling, and support analytic/reporting platform stability and performance. Extract and transform data to meet client needs and support core BI offerings and customer-specific analytics.

Perform contract and funding oversight for assigned groups: prepare and validate funding documents, review purchase requests, track obligations and burn rates, manage contract modifications, analyze data and build reports/dashboards, support dispute briefings, coordinate with finance/contracting/program teams, and author SOPs to improve acquisition and funding processes.
