The Data Enablement Lead will define and execute the enterprise vision for data enablement, drive adoption, and ensure data products meet quality standards, while leading a high-performing team and managing complex initiatives.

Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and Microsoft Fabric lakehouses; create Bronze/Gold Delta tables and Power BI semantic models with DAX and row-level security; develop SQL views and incremental load patterns; monitor pipeline health, support data governance, and train reporting staff on the new Fabric environment.
