Implement Medallion Architecture, develop reliable ELT/ETL pipelines, model data for analytics, ensure data quality and monitoring, consult with clients on requirements and governance, and provide technical leadership and mentoring.

Develop and run large-scale Big Data pipelines using Spark, Phoenix, Kafka, and HBase. Work on production environments handling hundreds of TB, deploy and execute jobs on Azure HDInsight, and maintain high-performance data processing.

Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and data aggregations. Automate workflows with Power Automate and SharePoint. Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, track project milestones for government programs, and produce technical documentation and ad-hoc analyses to support decision-making.

Maintain and monitor Snowflake data warehouse and ingestion pipelines. Troubleshoot file/load/data quality issues, operate SFTP/drop-zone/file automation, support scheduled loads, build dbt models and tables, document runbooks, and serve as backup for core warehouse operations while collaborating with engineering and IT.

Lead market research and business intelligence for consumer growth: define metrics and dashboards, analyze quantitative and qualitative data, run surveys and user interviews, build financial models and P&Ls, size ROI and pricing, and present actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
