Partners with Technology, Product, Legal, Privacy, Risk, Internal Audit, regulators, and business leaders to manage cyber risk and drive enterprise-wide change.

Lead implementation and delivery of fraud and identity products across Latin America. Partner with Product, Technology, Operations, and Sales to define requirements, manage budgets, schedule and execute launches, support UAT, monitor product performance, design operational processes and controls, mitigate fraud risks, and develop training and knowledge-transfer programs to ensure customer adoption and successful solution delivery.

Ensure product security across the development lifecycle by advising engineering on secure coding, SSDLC/CI-CD, application security tooling (SAST/SCA/IAST/CNAPP), threat modeling (STRIDE/PASTA/MAESTRO), security design reviews, vulnerability remediation, and compliance with OWASP/CIS/PCI-DSS/SOC 2/FedRAMP/NIST. Partner with architecture, audit, and leadership, provide training and executive updates, and mentor teams to embed secure-by-design practices.

Perform red team, purple team, and penetration testing to emulate threat actors: conduct recon, lateral movement, privilege escalation, cloud security assessments, develop custom tools/scripts, and deliver clear findings and remediation recommendations.
