Lead the global Customer Success organization for Genius Sports’ betting and gaming advertising business. Develop post-sales strategy, oversee onboarding and adoption, manage senior teams, drive retention and expansion revenue, and scale global operations. Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Data Science, and Ad Operations to improve customer outcomes, campaign performance, and platform adoption. Build executive relationships with agencies, brands, sportsbooks, and casino partners while guiding organizational growth and operational excellence.

Manage customer lifecycle for sportsbook clients across EMEA, driving retention, renewals, upsell/cross-sell, SLA monitoring, KPI reporting, and stakeholder coordination. Act as primary client contact, resolve technical and contractual issues, contribute to Customer Success projects, maintain CRM data and revenue forecasts, and provide actionable client feedback to internal teams.
