Responsibilities include troubleshooting, working with cross-functional teams, and ensuring customer challenges are resolved efficiently. Ideal candidates should have 2-5 years of customer support experience in cloud environments and strong communication skills. A bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field is preferred.
