Manage strategic enterprise customers in Korea by onboarding users, driving product adoption and expansion, building executive relationships, coordinating cross-functional teams, and monitoring usage trends to identify renewal risks and growth opportunities. Serve as a trusted advisor, project-manage onboarding, advocate for customer needs, and promote loyalty and advocacy across customer organizations.

Build strategic relationships with enterprise customers, drive product adoption and expansion, lead onboarding, QBRs, and strategic reviews, and communicate Datadog’s business value to executive, technical, and business stakeholders. Analyze usage trends and datasets to identify gaps, quantify outcomes, and recommend growth opportunities.
