Manage and grow Halter’s enterprise dairy and beef accounts across Southland and the South Island. Drive customer adoption, value realization, retention, renewals, and expansion by building relationships with farm teams, executives, and industry influencers. Develop account plans, support forecasting, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, surface product feedback, and help customers integrate Halter technology into daily operations. Frequent regional travel and strong dairy systems knowledge are required.

Own escalated network and connectivity issues for an IoT cattle-management platform. Triage tickets, investigate on-farm problems, build dashboards and playbooks, identify recurring issues, track reliability metrics, train support teams, and collaborate with Network and Fleet teams. The role also participates in incident response, conducts field investigations, and translates customer and technical insights into product, process, and network improvements.

Own end-to-end onboarding for complex enterprise ranching customers across multiple sites. Build rollout plans, manage executives and field teams, lead training and change management, resolve deployment issues, coordinate cross-functional partners, and optimize onboarding processes for scalable adoption. The role combines strategic stakeholder management with hands-on field work and requires regular travel to customer ranches.

Own onboarding for Halter’s largest APAC enterprise customers, leading multi-site rollout plans, executive stakeholder management, training, change management, and field adoption. The role coordinates Sales, Support, and Product while solving deployment issues, optimizing onboarding processes, and preparing customers to scale across their operations. Regular travel and hands-on work on farms are required.

Manage Halter’s existing farmer accounts across South Canterbury, owning retention, renewals, and expansion. Support farm deployment, onboarding, training, and ongoing problem-solving while building trusted customer relationships. Partner with farmers to establish success goals, advocate for customer needs with product teams, provide practical agriculture expertise, and represent the brand through community networking. Frequent regional travel and autonomous work are required.

Lead and scale Halter's US customer experience team: hire, coach, and run operations; handle complex escalations; use data, automation, and AI to improve CSAT, response times and cost-to-serve; partner with product, engineering and field teams; spend time on ranches to represent US customers.

Own and run the end-to-end onboarding journey for new customers: set up accounts, guide product adoption, coordinate handovers to Customer Success, monitor onboarding metrics, and improve processes while collaborating with Sales, Product, and Marketing.

Manage retention, renewals and expansion for Halter customers in North Waikato. Onboard and train farmers, build trusted relationships, drive farmer success and ROI, troubleshoot operational and technical issues, represent the brand in the community, and provide customer feedback to product teams.

Lead end-to-end deployments of Halter on new ranches: train animals and operators, manage timelines, solve field problems, coordinate cross-functional teams, and set customers up for long-term success.
