Provide consultative insights, manage tracking and integrations, run QBRs with stakeholders, and collaborate with Sales, Ad Ops, Product, and Support to optimize performance and expand revenue.

Manage and grow relationships with Korea publisher clients using Taboola's content-discovery platform. Drive platform implementation, monitor performance, identify upsell opportunities, coordinate with sales, R&D, and product teams, and provide strategic recommendations to improve results.

Implement Taboola products on publisher websites using HTML/CSS/JavaScript/React and APIs; run SQL queries; investigate fraud; meet SLAs and KPIs (CSAT, TTD, case closure); respond to support tickets; coordinate with internal stakeholders; troubleshoot and escalate technical issues.

Provide frontline technical support to ad-tech clients via chat, email, and video; troubleshoot complex issues using logs, APIs, and SQL; manage case assignment and board operations; escalate and communicate urgent technical problems; support 24/7 shift operations and contribute to operational improvements.
