The Service Delivery Manager oversees client relationships, ensuring quality service and support while leading engagements, training, and team mentorship in investment accounting.

Lead client implementations for Enfusion's electronic trading (OEMS) product, managing project planning, requirements gathering, UAT, product setup and go-live. Serve as client escalation point, deliver product demos, advise on workflows/best practices, and collaborate with Development to shape roadmap and enhancements.

Serve as a domain SME for client implementations of Clearwater's SaaS platform, onboarding clients, applying investment accounting and regulatory knowledge (e.g., Solvency II), collaborating with development and delivery teams to improve product and processes, building user stories, creating training and SOPs, handling investment/financial statement reporting, and acting as a trusted client advisor.

Manage and deepen client relationships for large institutional clients, ensuring accurate reporting, operational performance, and service delivery. Oversee client health and delivery metrics, mentor analysts, provide client training, resolve inquiries, drive product adoption, collaborate with sales, and relay client feedback to improve operations and product offerings.

Own client onboarding to Clearwater's SaaS platform: assess requirements, configure solutions, train users, troubleshoot issues, manage stakeholders, escalate risks, and ensure accurate project communication and documentation.

Provide day-to-day client support for OEMS solutions across trading execution and compliance, troubleshoot issues, deliver training, maintain documentation, liaise with compliance and internal teams, and offer post-go-live support including early-morning APAC coverage.

Provide operational support and client-facing account servicing for investment accounting and financial reporting. Resolve client inquiries, validate investment data, perform reconciliations, manage account setup and compliance tasks, and collaborate on projects to improve client experience.

Provide operational support and relationship management for global clients across investment accounting. Respond to client inquiries about financial statements, reporting, account setup, compliance, and reconciliations. Validate investment data, use internal tools and market data, prioritize work by productivity and quality metrics, handle complex queries, lead projects, and coach junior staff to ensure accurate, timely resolutions and strong client advocacy.

Provide operational support and client relationship management for investment accounting clients. Handle inquiries on financial statements, reconciliations, account setup, compliance, and reporting. Validate investment data, use internal tools and third-party data, manage workflows to meet quality metrics, resolve complex queries, support projects, and coach junior staff.
