Manage customer relationships for Cin7’s inventory management SaaS platform by driving product adoption, engagement, retention, and value. Proactively identify customer needs, resolve issues, monitor account health, and mitigate risks. Partner with Sales, Onboarding, Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to advocate for customers, communicate product updates, develop scalable best practices, and improve the customer experience.

Manage a high-volume SaaS book (≈450 accounts) to drive retention, product adoption, and expansion. Build consultative relationships, run QBRs and pricing reviews, track customer health, mitigate risks, and collaborate cross-functionally. Develop scalable playbooks, leverage AI-enabled tools and sales platforms, and surface opportunities to optimize customer workflows and ROI.

Work directly with Cin7 customers to maximize platform value, drive adoption, retention and growth. Proactively engage customers, monitor health, surface feedback to Product/Engineering, scale solutions, and develop best practices across teams.
