Serve as strategic partner for post-onboarding customers to drive adoption, retention, and expansion across a 450-account book. Conduct regular calls, QBRs, pricing reviews, and value-selling; track customer health, identify risks, deliver success plans, surface product optimization opportunities, and collaborate cross-functionally to scale customer success.

Manage end-to-end customer onboarding for Cin7: scope projects, coordinate implementations, migrate data, provide training, document processes, escalate software changes to development, and meet departmental KPIs to ensure successful product adoption.

Own a high-volume SaaS book (≈450 accounts) to drive retention, adoption, and expansion. Build consultative relationships, run QBRs and pricing reviews, track customer health, surface optimization opportunities, and deliver scalable playbooks. Collaborate with Sales, Onboarding, Product, and Support to remove barriers, escalate issues, and influence product improvements while leveraging data and AI-enabled tools to measure and demonstrate customer ROI.

Work directly with Cin7 customers to maximize platform value, drive adoption, retention and growth. Proactively engage customers, monitor health, surface feedback to Product/Engineering, scale solutions, and develop best practices across teams.
