Own full sales cycle to acquire new MedTech SaMD consulting clients: prospecting, qualification, proposal writing, negotiation, and closing. Build VP/C-level relationships, partner with delivery/engineering/quality to scope engagements, manage pipeline in HubSpot, and support client handoff and long-term partnerships.

Lead and scale Mimica's product organisation, define global product strategy and roadmap for AI-driven task/process mining and automation, mentor product and design teams, improve product operations and discovery, align cross-functional stakeholders, handle escalations, and hire and forecast team needs.

Lead federal grants compliance for GCI: develop and oversee compliance programs, advise business units, ensure allowable grant expenditures, interface with federal agencies, monitor regulatory changes, coordinate award closeouts, provide training, and manage a compliance team.

Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) projects for electro-mechanical products: manage project schedules, PFMEA, labor estimates, DFM, ERP product structures, build readiness, NPI builds, and cross-functional product meetings to ensure on-time production and quality.

Manage budgeting, pricing, and matter-level financial analysis for firm engagements. Create pricing recommendations, monitor actuals vs. budget, build reporting and dashboards, perform data cleansing and financial modeling, and partner with stakeholders to optimize profitability and data integrity.

Lead North Bay engineering team to maintain fleet safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance. Oversee vessel, facility, and terminal maintenance; perform quality control inspections; schedule and prioritize preventive and corrective work; manage contractors and communications; collaborate with operations to diagnose issues and optimize maintenance plans; deliver performance reports to WETA.

Manage day-to-day operations of the San Francisco office: vendor relationships, badge access, technical setups, and on-site hospitality. Lead candidate logistics and recruiting coordination, streamline office processes and onboarding, organize events and supplies, and serve as the primary front-line ambassador for guests and candidates to ensure a professional, high-energy experience.
