Provide personalized member service across multiple branch locations: open and service accounts, assist with consumer loan applications and closings, process transactions, educate members on digital banking, resolve account issues, and recommend financial products to deepen relationships while following credit union policies and regulatory requirements.

Prepare journal entries, accruals, prepaid allocations, and bank and balance sheet reconciliations. Analyze GL accounts per GAAP, support internal and external audits, collaborate with departments to improve transaction accuracy, and participate in financial meetings and ad-hoc projects.

Configure Teller for county and city governments by translating client requirements into workflows and application configurations. Document data mappings and integrations, write and execute user test plans, remediate defects, coordinate cutovers, train clients, and support go-live. Travel to client sites (~30%).

Lead Revenue Growth Management for the West region—develop and embed pricing, promotional, and mix strategies to grow net sales value and gross profit. Partner with Commercial, Commercial Finance, National RGM, and distributors to execute RGM initiatives, measure impact, drive pricing recommendations, and build organizational capability in RGM.

Drive move-ins and occupancy by managing leads, conducting personalized tours, building referral and community partnerships, maintaining Salesforce records, supporting families, collaborating on marketing campaigns, tracking sales metrics, and representing the community at events.

Lead Designer for the Pointe Grand brand who creates and deploys print, large-format, digital, and motion assets; maintains brand guidelines; builds templates and AI-enabled production pipelines; partners with internal teams and vendors to ensure on-brand, production-ready deliverables at portfolio scale.
