Analyzes, documents, and improves client business processes and workflows. Facilitates workshops, gathers business requirements, develops process maps and procedural documentation, performs data analysis, and recommends automation and efficiency improvements. Own and grow a named enterprise territory by prospecting, running structured pilots, and closing multi-year agreements with large plaintiff law firms. Sell business outcomes to firm owners and executives, manage pipeline and forecasts in HubSpot, attend conferences and client meetings, and partner with Customer Success on account expansion. The role requires enterprise quota-carrying experience, complex deal management, strong pipeline generation, pilot execution, and regular travel.

Build and lead Datacor’s global partnerships function across reseller, referral, technical, services, and strategic OEM motions. Develop partner strategy, segmentation, tiering, agreements, incentives, enablement, governance, and Salesforce-based portal operations. Recruit and close strategic partners, drive partner-sourced revenue, establish forecasting and performance processes, and align Sales, Product, Marketing, RevOps, and business-unit leadership. The role requires influencing regional partner managers without direct authority and may eventually build a dedicated team.

Leads institutional sales growth by developing business plans, cultivating relationships with hedge funds, family offices, and asset managers, presenting policy research, managing complex sales cycles, forecasting pipeline, and advising senior clients. Collaborates with research and events teams, supports sales strategy, mentors junior staff, and drives revenue across public and private market sectors.

Build and maintain software that integrates ML/GenAI models with Kubernetes-based edge orchestration. Develop controllers, operators, CRDs, and Helm charts to schedule and deploy AI workloads at the edge, integrate ONNX/PyTorch/TensorFlow models, use AI coding agents, contribute to open-source components, and collaborate across AI, infrastructure, and product teams to ship features end-to-end.
