The Engineering Program Coordinator will support engineering operations, developing procedures and reports, collaborating with teams, and ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

Serve as strategic lead for key client accounts, managing complex projects end-to-end, leading client presentations, supporting creative production, mentoring team members, and driving account growth through proactive recommendations and flawless execution.

Lead analysis, design, development, testing, debugging and production support for complex insurance application systems (OIPA/PAS). Mentor team members, resolve outages, implement SDLC practices, and support data migration and monitoring for a multi-year OIPA implementation.

Execute monthly and quarterly reporting cycles, support advisors and client service teams, monitor data feeds (security master, allocations, returns), and perform quality assurance to ensure reporting integrity. Partner with Advisory, Investments, Compliance, and Platforms teams to drive the reporting roadmap.

Generate leads and build an individual book of business through 60+ daily cold calls. Negotiate freight costs, manage accounts and freight movement using proprietary TMS, resolve issues with urgency, and maintain strong customer and carrier communication.

Manage financials and project controls for large-scale data center constructions, ensure effective budget management, and oversee change management processes.

The Community Manager oversees operations for homeowner associations, facilitates meetings, manages client communications, prepares budgets, and ensures compliance with HOA documentation.

Provide administrative and project support for commercial/industrial electrical projects including risk management, documentation, communication, quality assurance, invoicing, logistics, training, and continuous improvement. Coordinate with project managers, stakeholders, warehouse and fleet, and customers to ensure schedules, cashflow, and project records are maintained.

Develop and manage social media strategies, create engaging content for various platforms, analyze performance metrics, and manage paid ad campaigns.
