Serve as the D365 F&O Product Owner and SME to run BAU operations, drive the product roadmap, plan Phase 2+ implementations across Finance, Supply Chain and Operations, translate stakeholder requirements into D365 solutions, manage vendors and change management, and ensure compliance and continuous improvement of the ERP environment.

Lead all technical aspects of large HV substation projects, coordinate stakeholders, manage engineering tasks, and oversee design activities.

Lead process improvement engagements focusing on ITSM, PPM and Conversational AI. Manage projects, perform assessments, deliver workshops/webinars, define/document core processes, coach clients, and act as a solutions architect and SME for TeamDynamix implementations.
