Lead design and improvement of business systems, workflows, automation, and AI-driven productivity. Partner with executives to build dashboards, implement automation, and mentor a small technical team to increase operational visibility and scalability.

Prepare and review Texas title commitments (Schedules A, B, C); examine deeds, liens, easements, and legal descriptions; identify and resolve title issues per TDI rules; collaborate with abstractors, examiners, escrow, and underwriting to meet deadlines and maintain compliance.
