Partners with the NOC and supports customer network architectures across layers 1 through 7.

Build pipelines, conduct discovery, lead demos and proofs of value with sales engineering, navigate security and deployment reviews, maintain accurate forecasts, and provide market feedback to product and leadership.

Serves as the primary technical authority throughout enterprise sales cycles, supporting discovery, solution design, demonstrations, RFPs, scoping, and delivery estimates. Bridges Sales, Marketing, Partner IT, Product, and Engineering teams; evaluates integrations and technical compatibility; troubleshoots partner issues; and contributes to roadmap prioritization. Oversees technical documentation, integration roadmaps, implementation handoffs, and partner-facing knowledge resources.
