The Maximo Tosca Consultant will lead Maximo testing and TOSCA automation services, mentor QA personnel, and manage relationships with various stakeholders while ensuring quality in software delivery.

Executes talent acquisition and performance program operations, including complex interview scheduling, offer preparation, ATS and HRIS updates, background checks, onboarding, recruiting events, change-management communications, training materials, process documentation, and talent project workstreams. Own full sales cycle for Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts ($80K–$300K ACV). Lead discovery, value-selling, multi-threaded deals with RevOps/Marketing/Sales and C-levels, deliver technical demos, drive integrations, maintain high-velocity pipeline and forecast accuracy, and partner with founders to scale repeatable sales motions.

Manage cross-functional operational initiatives, improve internal processes, coordinate strategic projects and company events, oversee vendors and subscriptions, support business development and branded collateral, and identify AI/automation opportunities (using tools like Claude) to streamline workflows while working closely with leadership.

Design, develop, and deliver training programs and processes. Assess training needs, create curriculum and instructional materials, onboard new hires, evaluate program effectiveness, and continuously improve learning initiatives to support employee growth and performance.

Own and grow a portfolio of channel partners (agents, MSPs, resellers), drive partner-sourced pipeline via co-selling and enablement, recruit and activate partners, collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, forecast and maintain pipeline in Salesforce, leverage AI tools for outreach and enablement, represent FluentStream at events, and surface program improvements to cross-functional teams.
